Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within USA. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. You will be informed of the estimated processing time when you place your order.
4. Shipping Time
Domestic Delivery: Estimated delivery times for domestic orders are 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
6. Shipping Issues

7. Delivery to P.O. Boxes
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
8. Signature Requirement
For security reasons, some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave instructions for rescheduling the delivery or picking up the package from a local facility.
9. Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees and taxes are calculated based on the shipping method, order weight, and destination. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.

11. SHIPPING CHARGES
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry, as well as sale items, are not eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.
Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process a return.

Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at dscustomjewlery1212@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.Packages without a tracking number or packages that are improperly packaged or are uninsured will not be accepted.
2.Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
Eligibility: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Custom or personalized jewelry
Sale or clearance items
Items must be undamaged and in an ‘unused and new condition’. Items that show obvious deformities or signs of wear or alterations made by a third party jeweler will not be accepted.

7. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
An agreement for Ds Custom Jewelry, LLC ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or canceled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
